1. Leaving the Booking Too Late

Booking early gives you more choice of entertainers and allows our team time to recommend someone suited to your child’s age and personality.

It also makes scheduling easier and reduces last-minute stress.

My advice? Once you’ve confirmed your party date, start looking at entertainment.

2. Booking Too Little Time for Too Many Children

Face painting and balloon twisting take time because each child receives individual attention.

If too many children are squeezed into a short package, the entertainer may have to rush through activities.

We want every child to feel included, not like they’re being hurried through a queue.

Choosing the right duration helps protect the quality of the entertainment.

3. Choosing the Wrong Entertainment for Older Kids

An entertainer who is wonderful with preschoolers won’t necessarily be the best fit for a group of confident nine-year-olds.

Older children often need cleverer tricks, quicker humour and a performer who can confidently handle their questions.
