Having such a unique skill set, our team gets booked out every weekend. A month or two in advance may be sufficient however, to avoid disappointment contact us as soon as possible.
If in the unlikely event that you’re not happy with our service, we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation. Making kids smile is our mission and if we somehow missed the mark, we’d love to know how we can improve.
If a cancellation is to be made, it must be made at least 5 business days before the commencement of the gig or the FULL invoice amount must be paid. In order to make a cancellation, upon request Kiddly-Winks will provide a cancellation form. The client must fill in and return the cancellation form via email. Once Kiddly-Winks has received the completed cancellation form they will respond as to whether any money is due to be returned.
In all circumstances, if a client is to make a cancellation the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Once your entertainment is booked we hold the time for you and turn down other potential business. If a cancellation is made last minute, we lose the opportunity to fill the time slot with another booking.
In the extremely unlikely event that Kiddly-Winks has to cancel a booking due to an entertainer becoming unfit or unable to work, Kiddly-Winks will try to find a replacement entertainer within the company. Examples of legitimate reasons for nonattendance are hospitalization, death in the family, serious injury, Covid-19 etc. If it is not possible to find a replacement entertainer within the company then Kiddly-Winks will offer to reschedule to a time/day in which an entertainer can be supplied. IfKiddly-Winks is not able to offer an entertainer or rescheduling does not suit the client then Kiddly-Winks will provide a full refund to the client.

2. Select a package: Click the link in the email to make an instant booking OR reply to discuss with our team
3. Make a booking: Pay a $50 deposit to secure your booking – a booking confirmation will be emailed to you immediately
You will receive an invoice, booking confirmation, and correspondence before the event.
The remaining balance is due the week leading up to your party.
We love what we do and we care about the success of your party! Further to that, we provide on-going training, mentoring and feedback to our passionate team, making them industry leaders!
You’ll receive an early morning email from us as a final reminder of your booking and your entertainer will arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure they are ready to begin their service at your selected start time! You do not need to prepare anything, other than a space for them.

For Magic: A box full of magic tricks and surprises to perform an engaging show
For Face Painting: A full-sized kit consisting of a set of hypo-allergenic face paints, glitter, sponges and brushes.
For Balloon Twisting: A balloon twisting specific bag or apron, full of all of the most popular balloon colours.
*If at all possible, please provide a table and two chairs for the face painting.
